The Earth Energy of a Site
Many Indigenous cultures, including The Native American Indians and The Australian Aboriginals, were founded on a land-based spirituality that encompassed a view that all land, being imbued with spirit, is also able to form and hold memory.
One of the fundamental principles in Feng Shui is that everything in the Universe is energy and all things are interconnected, allowing us to appreciate our connection to the land that we live on and the homes that we live in as being more than an inanimate relationship.
Geopathic Stress is like a scar in the landscape that stops the natural and beneficial flow of energy to a site. There are seven types of Geopathic Stress, existing both below and above the Earth's surface; Geological Fault Lines, Geomagnetic Lines, Ley Lines, Underground Water Courses, Nexus Points, Negetive Psychic Impressions and Mobile Personal Lines (often confused with ghosts).
The ability of Earth sites to bring about good health or sickness has long been recognised by most traditional Indigenous cultures, and sleeping on any form of Geopathic Stress can be harmful to health and disruptive to sleep.
A study of over 25,000 people undertaken by scientists at Dulwich Health Society in the USA found the following percentage of people to be geopathically stressed i.e. sleeping & or working over geopathic stress:

The best way to fully determine if you are living above Geopathic Stress is to book a full Geobiology audit with Feng Shui Baby so that any stress can be located and remedied using a process best described as Earth Acupuncture and Land Blessing.
If that is not an option the main thing is to not spend time above areas of Geopathic Stress (bed, favourite chair). If you notice any of the signs above or are concerned for whatever reason then move your bed, move the bed of your child and rearrange seating within the home. You will have to trial the new arrangements until you feel comfortable.
